On November 7th 1997 I went to the Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education Graduation Ball which was held at Cheltenham Race Course, where I saw another three bands, they were:

• Love It (a local covers band)
• An Irish Music Band
• The Cavern Beatles

The line-up for THE CAVERN BEATLES was:- EDDIE McCLAINE = John Lennon DEREK STRATTON = Paul McCartney RICK ALAN = George Harrison ROY HITCHEN = Ringo Starr Here is the link to their website:-

Of the three bands I thought Love It were the best. The problem with The Cavern Beatles was that they were not as good as the ones I had seen on the 22nd September at the Everyman.
